Refund & Membership Extension Policy
At EMSPrepHub.com, we are committed to helping our students succeed in their EMT and Paramedic certification exams. Your success is our top priority.
Standard Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are considered final. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you are not satisfied with your membership or experience any issues, please contact us at support@emsprephub.com, and we will do our best to resolve the concern promptly.
Pass Guarantee Policy
If you do not pass your NREMT certification exam after using our platform, you may be eligible for one of the following:
- A 3-month free membership extension
OR - A 50% refund of your original membership fee
To qualify, you must provide valid proof of your failed NREMT exam attempt (such as an official results letter or screenshot from the NREMT portal) within 15 days of receiving your results.
Once we verify your documentation, we will issue your choice of either the extended access or partial refund.
Additional Notes
- This policy only applies to users who have completed at least 75% of the practice materials and quizzes within their membership period.
- The policy applies to individual memberships only. Group, institutional, or promotional accounts are not eligible.
