What is EMSPrepHub?
EMSPrepHub is an online exam preparation platform designed for EMT and Paramedic students. We offer
adaptive practice questions, personalized dashboards, and real-world EMS scenarios to help you pass the
NREMT.
Who created EMSPrepHub?
EMSPrepHub was founded by Juan Ruiz, a Firefighter Paramedic with Hazmat and TRT certifications. Juan
also served as a paramedic in an ICU hospital setting and holds NREMT dual licensure as both an EMT and
a Paramedic. With over 8 years of experience as an EMS instructor, Juan has guided countless students
from knowing nothing to becoming knowledgeable, confident EMS providers who passed their NREMT and
entered the field successfully.
Is EMSPrepHub for both EMT and Paramedic students?
Yes. We offer separate question banks and prep tools for both EMT and Paramedic levels. The 1-Year
All-In-One Membership gives you access to both.
Can I study anytime, or is there a schedule?
You can study 24/7. Our platform is accessible from any device, including mobile, tablet, and desktop, so you
can prep on your time.
What types of questions are included?
We provide standard multiple-choice, scenario-based questions, and timed exams that mimic the NREMT
format. All questions include detailed rationales to explain each answer.
How does the adaptive learning work?
Our system analyzes your performance and automatically adjusts the content to focus on your weaker areas.
This personalized approach improves learning efficiency and retention.
What happens if I finish my plan early?
You’ll still have access for the remainder of your membership term. You can review material, retake quizzes,
or try harder practice tests.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. If you’re not satisfied within the first 7 days of purchase and haven’t completed more than 15% of the
content, you can request a full refund.
Are there any live classes or instructor support?
We’re currently developing live Q&A sessions and instructor-led webinars, which will be included in certain
memberships soon. Stay tuned!
